Recombinant Anti-IL25 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC182)

The anti-IL25 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human, cynomolgus and mouse IL25. IL25, related to IL17, induces inflammatory responses favoring Th2 immunity. The antibody has a novel IL25-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL25 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
