Recombinant Anti-IL32 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC186)

The anti-IL32 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IL32. IL32 induces TNFalpha production, influencing NK cell activities and cytokine expression. The antibody has a novel IL32-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL32 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
