Rabbit Anti-Il33 Recombinant Antibody (clone R75-9F-3) (CAT#: VS3-FY2182)
This R75-9F-3 recombinant monoclonal antibody specifically attaches to mouse Il33 protein, a calculated weight of 30 kDa. It cross-reacts with rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R75-9F-3 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).
