The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-IL3RA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human IL3RA. IL3RA and IL5RA participate in cytokine receptor signaling involving cytokines like IL3 and IL5 impacting immune pathway activation, with transcript variants suggesting functional diversity. The anti-IL3RA antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
