Rabbit Anti-ITGAX Polyclonal Antibody (VS13-YC602)

The Rabbit Anti-ITGAX Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human and rat ITGAX. ITGAX encodes the integrin alpha X chain, forming leukocyte-specific integrins with the beta 2 chain, referred to as the iC3b receptor 4 (CR4). This complex aids in neutrophil and monocyte adherence to endothelium cells and phagocytosis of complement-coated particles, with two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. The anti-ITGAX antibody can be used for ELISA (1/5000-1/10000).
