SC cells were plated in 3D type 1 collagen as single cells in the presence or absence of integrin β1 mAbs (10 µg/ml) as indicated. The medium was replaced every 2–3 d until day 15, when colonies were fixed and stained with phalloidin (red) and DAPI (blue). Scale bar, 100 µm.
