Rabbit Anti-JAG1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC606)

The Rabbit Anti-JAG1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat JAG1. JAG1 encodes the human homolog of the Drosophila jagged protein, a Notch receptor ligand influencing signaling processes affecting hematopoiesis. Mutations altering jagged 1 cause Alagille syndrome, impacting pathways like hematopoiesis. The anti-JAG1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
