Rabbit Anti-JAK1 (pY1034/pY1035) Recombinant Antibody (clone R19-1J-2)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated JAK1. The target of this antibody is phospho-JAK1 (Tyr1034/Tyr1035). The clone R19-1J-2 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of JAK1 (pTyr1034/pTyr1035) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 133 kDa.
