CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-JAK1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC608) (CAT#: VS13-YC608)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-JAK1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat JAK1. JAK1 encodes a membrane protein tyrosine kinase characterized by phosphotransferase-related domains preceding the PTK domain. It phosphorylates STAT proteins, crucial in cytokine and interferon signal transduction, playing key roles in inflammation, epithelial remodeling, cancer progression and is targeted for cytokine storm therapeutics. The anti-JAK1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
