CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-JAK2 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC609) (CAT#: VS13-YC609)
The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-JAK2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat JAK2. JAK2, encoding a non-receptor tyrosine kinase, is pivotal in cytokine and growth factor signaling, possessing domains essential for receptor and STAT factor binding. It undergoes autophosphorylation upon stimulation, with mutations linked to inflammatory diseases and malignancies. The anti-JAK2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/200).
