- The use of antibody CR1-28 in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, Surface Plasmon Resonance and Neutralization has been reported. It is recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubation time, etc. should be titrated carefully in specific detection. In Surface Plasmon Resonance, the recommended concentrations for JUNV GP1-coated surfaces are CR1-28 Fab 100 nM, 50 nM, 25 nM, 12.5 nM, or 6.25 nM.
