This recombinant antibody, clone 0725W71, targets full-length, recombinant human KDM5A. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq) and Western Blot (WB). KDM5A, a member of the JARID1 histone demethylase family, plays a role in gene regulation by specifically demethylating lysine 4 of histone H3. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying epigenetic mechanisms, transcriptional regulation of Hox genes and cytokines, and its potential role in tumor progression.
