Human Anti-KDR Recombinant Antibody (clone 6) (CAT#: HPAB-0503-YJ)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes (both natural and recombinant) human KDR. This production specifically binds with KDR (VEGFR2) but other poteins such as VEGF, VEGFR1, EGFR, HER2, TNFR1, GP120.

- The binding specificity of this antibody was measured by ELISA. The IC50 value for the inhibition of this anti-KDR antibody to HUVEC cells was about 22 nM (detected by CCK-8 test kit).
