CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KIF4A Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC622) (CAT#: VS13-YC622)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KIF4A Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse KIF4A. KIF4A encodes a kinesin 4 subfamily ATP-dependent, microtubule-based motor protein involved in intracellular transport and chromosome integrity maintenance during mitosis, potentially aiding central spindle organization pre-cytokinesis, with a pseudogene on chromosome X. The anti-KIF4A antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
