Rabbit Anti-KLKB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-6H8)

This is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the KLKB1 (Kallikrein B1), which participates in the surface-dependent activation of blood coagulation. It specifically recognizes and binds to human and mouse KLKB1. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation. The recommended dilutions of Western blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/20, respectively.

- The enzyme cleaves Lys-Arg and Arg-Ser bonds.
It activates, in a reciprocal reaction, factor XII after its binding to a negatively charged surface.
It also releases bradykinin from HMW kininogen and may also play a role in the renin-angiotensin system by converting prorenin into renin.
