Human Anti-KLKB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone STAR-0215)

The antibody STAR-0215 binds KLKB1 (Kallikrein B1) using a novel binding region. It is a novel, long-acting monoclonal antibody inhibitor of plasma kallikrein for the potential treatment of hereditary angioedema. It inhibits human plasma kallikrein to prevent bradykinin release and it potently inhibits plasma kallikrein activity in cynomolgus monkeys.
