The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KRT13 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse, rat and Cow KRT13. KRT13, a keratin gene family member, affects epithelia structural integrity, expressed with keratin 4 in suprabasal non-cornified layers. Mutations link to autosomal dominant White Sponge Nevus disorder, clustered in chromosome 17q21.2. The anti-KRT13 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
