This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human KRT6B, which is expressed with family members KRT16 and/or KRT17 in the filiform papillae of the tongue, the stratified epithelial lining of oral mucosa and esophagus, the outer root sheath of hair follicles, and the glandular epithelia. The clone 4A1 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/200, and IHC analysis at a dilution of 1/50-300.
