This product is a recombinant chimeric (mouse/human) antibody that recognizes (both natural and recombinant) human L1CAM. It is capable of effectively controlling the proliferation of cancer cells.

- The cA10-A3 antibody has been reported in applications of Inhib, ELISA.
It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubation time etc. are best to be carefully titrated in specific assays. For details, refer to Published Data.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with the purified hL1-ECD-S1 (100 ng) diluted in 50 mM sodium carbonate buffer (pH 9.6) at 4°C overnight and blocked with skim milk (2%) in PBS. The plates were washed four times with PBST (PBS containing 0.05% Tween 20) between steps. A10-A3 or cA10-A3 (0-100 ng) was added to each well, then antimouse IgG-HRP or anti-human Fc-HRP (Thermo, 1:10,000 v/v) was added to the wells.
