Rat Anti-Laminin Recombinant Antibody (clone Hg15)

Because of their staining pattern on normal kidney sections and their reactivity to a panel of renal proteins, the antibody MEC2 can be considered as a set of Abs representative for the autoreactive antibodies within the glomerular eluate of HgCl2-diseased rats. The binding of clone Hg15 to laminin is highly specific.

At day 14 upon passive transfer of Hgl5, IgG1 was detected in a linear pattern along GBM, TBM, and vessel walls (X310).
