Human Anti-LCAT Agonistic Antibody (VS-0724-XY61)

This product is a human agonistic antibody binding to LCAT (Lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase), which is the extracellular cholesterol esterifying enzyme, lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase. It has high binding affinity against human LCTA and it has cross-reactivity against cynomolgus monkey LCAT. It hold potential for therapeutic development for the treatment of dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease.
