Rabbit Anti-LIN28B Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-7F1) (CAT#: VS3-XY3417)
The antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding with LIN28B (Lin-28 homolog B). It specifically recognizes and binds to human LIN28B. It has been detected using Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/20, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

Binds primary let-7 transcripts (pri-let-7), including pri-let-7g and pri-let-7a-1, and sequester them in the nucleolus, away from the microprocessor complex, hence preventing their processing into mature miRNA (PubMed:22118463).
Does not act on pri-miR21.
