The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-LMNA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat LMNA. LMNA forms part of nuclear lamina, involved in nuclear stability, chromatin structure, and expression. Mutations link to disorders like muscular dystrophy and progeria. The anti-LMNA antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
