This product is a human monoclonal antibody. This antibody can bind to the lipid A domain of bacterial LPS.

Reactivities of these antibodies were tested against duplicate dots of nitrocellulose-bound LPS antigen derived from E. coli 0111:B4 (1), E. coli J5 (2), S. minnesota (3), S. minnesota R595 (4), P. aeruginosa (5), K. pneumoniae (6), M. morganii (7), V. cholerae (8), Serraría marcescens (9) or Shigella flexeri (10) organisms or Lipid A derived from 5. minnesota (11).
