The antibody is recommended for detection of MAP2K3 protein by WB, ICC/IF, IP. This MEK3 antibody was verified by western blot analysis of MEK3 in C6, 3T3, Hela lysates.

Part of a signaling cascade that begins with the activation of the adrenergic receptor ADRA1B and leads to the activation of MAPK14.
