The Mouse IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody, clone 3D11, is designed for detecting human MAP3K11. Its immunogen is a recombinant human MAP3K11 protein fragment, with an epitope mapping to amino acids 741-847. With an approximate antigen size of 47.7 kDa, this antibody is applicable in Western Blot (1:500), ELISA, FuncS, and IHC, offering versatile detection capabilities.
