Rabbit Anti-MAPT (pS214) Recombinant Antibody (clone R15-2M-5)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated MAPT. The target of this antibody is phospho-MAPT (Ser214). The clone R15-2M-5 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of MAPT (pSer214) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 50-70 kDa.
