Rabbit Anti-MAPT (pS404) Recombinant Antibody (clone R18-3U-7) (CAT#: VS3-WK2082)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated MAPT. The target of this antibody is phospho-MAPT (Ser404). The clone R18-3U-7 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/50, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of MAPT (pSer404) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 50-70 kDa.
