Rabbit Anti-MAPT (pT231) Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-2A9) (CAT#: VS3-WK2129)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated MAPT. The target of this antibody is phospho-MAPT (Thr231). The clone R01-2A9 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of MAPT (pThr231) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 46 kDa.
