The Rabbit Anti-MARS Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and rat MARS. MARS encodes a methionyl-tRNA synthetase, an essential enzyme for protein synthesis, ligating methionine to tRNA molecules. It is part of the multi-tRNA synthetase complex. The anti-MARS antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
