Recombinant Mouse Antibody clone 845D3, which is specific to MBP. 845D3 is a mAb specific for human MBP 80-89 and does not recognize MBP 1-9.

Purified 845D3 (lanes 1-3; 6) and two control MAbs 32C6 (lane 4) and F17B4 (lane 5) were separated by a 10% SDS-PAGE and electrophoretically transferred onto nitrocellulose. Incubation followed with neat MAb FllD2 anti-ID (lanes 1, 4, and 5), neat MAb FllC2 anti-ID (lane 2), FllD2 diluted 1:10 (lane 3), and anti-DNP control IgM MAb (lane 6) for 16 h at 4°C. Molecular weight markers are indicated at the left.
