The high affinity MERS VHH-50 neutralized MERS-CoV S pseudotyped virus. The MERS-CoV S-specific VHH strongly bound to MERS-CoV S1 and RBD in a concentration-dependent manner, and failed to bind to the MERS-CoV NTD.
