The Mouse Anti-MITF Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W66) is a recombinant antibody targeting the N-terminal fragment of human MITF (Micropthalmia Transcription Factor). It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq). MITF is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor that regulates melanocyte development and pigment cell-specific transcription. Mutations in this gene cause auditory-pigmentary syndromes. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying melanogenesis and developmental disorders.
