Recombinant Anti-MMP9 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC228)

The anti-MMP9 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human MMP9. MMP9 degrades types IV and V collagens and is implicated in tissue remodeling in tumors. The antibody has a novel MMP9-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble MMP9 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
