CytoStream™ Rat Anti-Mouse Cd86 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC179) (CAT#: VS13-YC179)
The CytoStream™ Rat Anti-Mouse Cd86 Recombinant Antibody is specific for mouse Cd86. Cd86 is a protein implicated in immune regulation and functions as a receptor ligand, enhancing processes like immunoglobulin production, NF-kappaB signaling, and T cell proliferation. It is expressed prominently in the central nervous system and retina and is studied for its roles in diseases like Guillain-Barré syndrome and autoimmune disorders such as Henoch-Schönlein purpura. The anti-Mouse Cd86 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (5 μL per 1x 10⁶ cells).
