Human Anti-MST1R Recombinant Antibody (clone IMC-41B12); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0267CQ-F(E))
The Fab fragment of the recombinant human antibody can recognize MST1R. The Fab fragment of IMC-41B12 was selected from a phage display library. The ability of the anti-RON antibody IMC-41B12 to bind to recombinant human RON receptors and to block the MSP/RON interaction was measured using ELISA. The antibody can bind to the beta extracellular domain of RON and block the MSP/RON interaction.
