Mouse Anti-MST1R Recombinant Antibody (clone 17F06) (CAT#: HPAB-J0189-YC)
The monoclonal antibody that binds and inhibits activation of human RON is disclosed. The antibodies can be used to treat certain forms of cancer that are associated with the activation of RON. It has shown that antibody 17F06 inhibits MSP induced ERK phosphorylation in T47D cells in the neutralization assay. This suggests that antibody 17F06 neutralized the binding of MSP to RON in the context of the full RON extracellular domain.

Figure 1 shows dose-response curves for inhibition of the MSP-RON binding interaction by antibodies 17F06 (▴).
