This product is a recombinant antibody that recognizes MST1R. The monoclonal antibody RON8 reacts with the epitope of MST1R.
Figure 1 illustrate Western blots confirming inhibition of MSP induced phosphorylation by anti-RON antibodies RON8.
Figure 2 illustrates the solid-phase blocking characteristic of RON8 antibody.
ELISA was used to determine the IC50 value of RON8 antibody needed to block the interaction of recombinant human RON protein to immobilized recombinant human MSP.
