The MST1R gene encodes a cell surface receptor for macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP) that possesses tyrosine kinase activity. The mature protein is a heterodimer that undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation upon stimulation, playing a role in host defense.

This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes MST1R. The IMC-41A10 was selected from a phage display library. The ability of the anti-RON antibody IMC-41A10 to bind to recombinant human RON receptor and to block the MSP/RON interaction was measured using ELISA. The antibody can bind to the beta extracellular domain of RON and block the MSP/RON interaction.

Blocks MSP/RON Interaction

We selected the IMC-41A10 scFv fragment for its ability to block the interaction between MSP and the RON receptor. It worked effectively in our blocking assays. The antibody binds to the beta extracellular domain of RON, which we confirmed using ELISA and Flow Cytometry.

Versatile Scfv Fragment

This recombinant human scFv fragment is very versatile. We have used it in Western Blot, IP, and Flow Cytometry with success. Derived from a phage display library, it shows high specificity for Human MST1R. The purity is excellent, and it has been a key tool for our receptor tyrosine kinase studies.
