Mouse Anti-MUC16 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-1115LY-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-1115LY-F(E))
This product is a recombinant antibody Fab fragment that immuno-specifically binds the glycosylated forms of MUC16, a tethered mucin protein. This antibody was demonstrated to bind to OVCA-433 cells, SKOV3 MUC16c114 cells. It can inhibit and block the MUC16c114-induced matrigel invasion.
