Human Anti-mutant p53 Recombinant Antibody (clone F2 scFv (TARl)) (CAT#: HPAB-0273CQ)

This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes mutant p53. F2 was capable of binding the common epitope of the mutant p53. TARl is capable of inducing cell death by apoptosis in cancerous cell lines expressing endogenous mutant p53 proteins.

Following 24 hours, the cells were fixed with ethanol, stained with Propidium Iodide and the cell cycle profile was determined.
