The Rabbit Anti-MYH6 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat MYH6. MYH6 encodes a cardiac myosin heavy chain, with mutations causing defects like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and atrial septal defects. The anti-MYH6 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/100-1/500), Immunofluorescence of tissues (1/100).
