Human Anti-Myosin Recombinant Antibody (clone SF9) (CAT#: FAMAB-0228YC)
The recombinant antibodies can be selected by phage display against Microtubule-Binding proteins(MBPs) purified from HeLa cells. This technique has allowed us to overcome many limitations of the classical animal-based approach and generate cell biology-compliant antibodies. The SF9 clone is specific for non-muscle Myosin IIA.
