This product is an antibody panel that includes the anti-NANOG recombinant antibody (VS-0924-YC73) and the anti-NANOG recombinant antibody (VS-0924-YC74). These antibodies target the human NANOG protein, a marker for cancer stem cells (CSCs). The monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) can be used to detect NANOG in CSC tissues or cells through various methods: Immunohistochemistry (1:1000-1:2500), Immunofluorescence (2-10 µg/mL), and Western Blot (1 µg/mL).
