The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-NEFL Recombinant Antibody is specific for human NEFL. NEFL encodes a light chain neurofilament protein, sustaining neuronal structure through axoskeleton support, with mutations linked to neuropathies like Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. The anti-NEFL antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
