Human Anti-NOTCH1 Recombinant Antibody (clone N1wc133) (CAT#: HPAB-AP750-YC)

Provided are fully human monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to a cell surface receptor, wherein the receptor protein is a Notch1 receptor protein. The antibody can be used for treatment and diagnosis of pathological hyperproliferative oncogenic disorders associated with expression of Notch1 or Notch3 including aberrant activation of each of these receptors.
