The Rabbit Anti-NPHS2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat NPHS2. NPHS2 encodes a protein regulating glomerular permeability, with mutations leading to steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome and multiple spliced transcript variants. The anti-NPHS2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100).
