The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-NR1H3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat NR1H3. NR1H3 encodes an NR1 nuclear receptor regulating macrophage transcriptional programs, impacting cholesterol homeostasis and showing spliced variants impacting gene regulation. The anti-NR1H3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
