Rabbit Anti-NTRK2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R46-3E-2) (CAT#: VS3-FY2127)
Clone R46-3E-2 is a rabbit recombinant antibody that exhibits specific binding to mouse NTRK2 protein, a calculated weight of 92 kDa. It cross-reacts with rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R46-3E-2 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:50).
