Mouse Anti-Nucleosome Recombinant Antibody (clone 2E1) (CAT#: FAMAB-0232YC)
Privided is a monoclonal antibodies binding to nucleosomes, total histones and to the H2A-H2B dimers but not to
individual histones or DNA. The clone 2E1 was selected based on their capacities to react with nuclei in an indirect immunofluorescence assay using cytospin preparations of HEp-2 cells as the substrate.
